How do I load my video onto my Keepsake Book?
With the USB cable supplied, simply plug in your Keepsake Book to your computer or laptop, the drive will pop on your computer & you use the drop & drag method to upload your videos.
Can you preload my video for me?
Yes! Use our file loader on our products page. Upload your file & we will upload it to your book & send it out to you like this.
Can I load multiple videos onto my Keepsake Book?
Yes you can, you can put as many videos as you like as long as its withing the 4gb capacity
You can also add them in numerical order to play in the order you wish.
Simply rename your files to, for example: 001,002,003 ect. This will have them sort in numerical order.
